Rental Terms

I understand and agree to the following:

The fridge will be delivered & installed in the room indicated before the student moves in.
Full payment is required upon ordering.
The fridge must be returned in clean & working condition at end of rental term.
The fridge will be picked up from the same room at end of rental term.
Renters are responsible for any damage to the fridge caused by misuse or negligence.
If fridge is returned dirty & unusable, and you did not purchase insurance, your credit card will be charged for a new fridge.
